Hygiene is a central part of how the salon works. Each manicure and pedicure client receives a new disposable emery board, buffer and pumice stone, and those disposable tools are thrown away after the service unless the client wants to keep them. Metal clippers, pushers and nippers go through a three-step sterilization process in an autoclave, the same type of sterilizer used in dental and medical offices.

Waxing uses hard wax made from natural beeswax, applied at a low temperature, for sensitive areas, and disposable low-temperature soft wax for larger areas of the body. Technicians wear white gloves and follow a no double-dipping rule. The salon says its waxing follows strict hygiene standards.

The menu runs from quick classic manicures and pedicures to longer organic pedicures built around soaks, sugar scrubs, mud masks, hot stone massage and paraffin dips. Several pedicures can be booked as a couples pedicure. Nail enhancements include acrylic, overlay, powder gel and pink and white sets, along with dipping, ombre and shellac options. Kids' manicures and pedicures are offered for children 10 and under.

Facials are customized after the skin is evaluated, and the salon says it uses high-quality products in them.
