The spa encourages regular visits as part of caring for both mind and body, not only for special occasions. Each appointment begins with a personal consultation so the treatment can be tailored to the client.

Facials range from 50-minute treatments to 80-minute options, with some built around dermaplaning, microdermabrasion or a lactic acid peel. Massage is offered in standard and Eastern styles, including a 80-minute signature massage that combines an amethyst blanket, a mud back treatment, warm stone leg massage and a full body salt scrub. Body treatments include a copper mineral wrap and a nourishing body scrub with a warm coconut oil drip.

The skin care range draws on plant and sea-derived ingredients, and none of the formulas contain mineral oil, parabens, alcohol, lanolin, PABA, sodium lauryl sulfate, artificial colorants or dyes. The Hydra Bloom Facial is built on Pevonia's hyaluronic acid range. Lash extensions can be booked in classic, hybrid or volume styles, and brow lamination is offered too.

Clients keep a credit card on file to reserve an appointment. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, or 72 hours for groups of three or more. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 9:30am to 6pm, Wednesday to Friday 9:30am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm and Sunday 10am to 3pm.

Each visit starts with a consultation so the treatment can be customized, and the spa offers both standard massage and Eastern techniques. Regular visits are presented as part of overall wellbeing.
