The salon says all of its artists are internationally certified and keep training in new techniques. Its work includes Japanese LED lash extension methods. The menu runs from a subtle Classic set that follows the natural lash line, to a textured, wispy Hybrid, a fuller Volume set built from handmade fans, and a dramatic Mega Volume set built from ultra-fine fans that suits special occasions. Lash lifts, removal, lower-lash extensions, and lash and brow tints are also offered, and a fill can be combined with a bottom-lash set or a brow tint in one visit.

Before extensions are applied, each set is sketched on paper and shaped around the client's eye shape and the health of their natural lashes. Bookings are made online by choosing the service, an artist and a time, and a deposit holds the spot. Alana asks for changes to be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the deposit, and no-shows are charged the full cost of the service. Guests should arrive five minutes early, and a 15-minute grace period applies.

For the first 24 hours after a set, the salon asks clients to keep their lashes dry and avoid steam, saunas and intense exercise near the eyes. Daily care is an oil-free lash foam and a silicone wand, and oil-based products, mechanical curlers, sleeping face-down and waterproof mascara are discouraged because they can weaken the bond. Infills are recommended every two to three weeks. A refill requires at least 40% of extensions to remain and is charged as a full set if it is booked after four weeks or if retention is lower. A complimentary patch test is offered to first-time or sensitive-eye guests and should be arranged 24 to 48 hours before the appointment.

The salon draws each set on paper before application and builds it around each client's eye shape and natural lash health.
