A visit starts with a consultation. For brows, that covers mapping, pigment selection and the procedure itself, and the work does not begin until the client has approved the shape and color. Services are customized to the individual rather than offered as a fixed template. Numbing cream is applied through the brow session for comfort, and numbing agents are used during lip blush. Brow and lip work is semi-permanent, so the studio gives aftercare instructions for keeping the area clean, dry and untouched while it heals.

Areola reconstruction is one of the studio's central services. It is a paramedical tattoo that recreates the areola and nipple after surgery or trauma, and it is offered on one side to match the other or on both sides. The studio works with breast cancer survivors after mastectomy or reconstruction and with people who have surgical scarring or pigment loss. The process includes a private consultation, custom color matching, 3D application and aftercare support. Scalp micropigmentation is a non-surgical, semi-permanent option for thinning hair, pattern baldness, alopecia, and scars from hair transplants or injuries. The studio also offers custom tattoos, cover-ups, reworks and black and grey work.

The studio also teaches. Courses are aimed at people who want to build a career in permanent makeup, and include a 2-day ombre and powder brow course and a 2-day lip blush course at $2,000 each, a 3-day brow and lip blush course at $3,000 held Thursday through Saturday, and an advanced areola reconstruction course at $1,500 offered in person or online. The business says it stays truthful with clients about its techniques and that clients travel to the DFW area for its work.

Each treatment is planned around the individual client, with consultation, shape and color approval before work begins, and aftercare guidance to protect the results.
