Moses Garcia

Moses Garcia owns No Limits Cosmetics and works as its artist. He began permanent makeup work in 2018 with eyebrows and has more than eight years of experience in semi-permanent makeup. He learned permanent makeup through self-teaching, and taught himself areola reconstruction by practicing on latex skin with tattoo cartridges.

His specialties are eyebrows, lip blush, scalp micropigmentation and areola reconstruction. He is known for 3D shading, shadow placement and depth in nipple and areola tattoos. He works with breast cancer survivors and people who have had mastectomies, and restoring a sense of wholeness is central to his areola reconstruction work.

He serves as the instructor for the studio's training courses and has trained hundreds of students.
