The salon describes itself as a safe and affirming space for the queer and trans community that also welcomes everyone. Anita and Andy co-own it, with Anita working as a stylist and Andy as a barber.

Haircutting and color are the two main service groups. Anita is known for blonde, vivid and rainbow color, balayage, and shags, mullets and wolf cuts. Andy focuses on classic barbering, precision fades, tapers and short mullets. The salon says it is especially known for gender-affirming cuts and offers help with style transitions. Clients can book a consultation to plan a look that suits their hair and daily routine. Prices start at $70 for a short clipper cut, $85 for a short scissor cut and $120 for a long haircut, and all-over single color starts at $200.

The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 6pm. Walk-ins are rarely available, so booking online is recommended. Haircuts need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule and color needs 48 hours. Arriving more than 15 minutes late means rescheduling and the full service price. New color clients fill out a Color Request Form before booking color with Anita. Clients may bring a support person or friend, though the waiting area is small. Teens and young people are welcome when they would suit the space, and young children of established clients are seen.
