The salon is owned by a woman, and the owner also works as a stylist there.

The salon says its aim is to help each client look and feel their best, and it offers services for hair, skin and body. The space is described by the salon as fun, comfortable and beautiful. Clients who prefer a quiet appointment can request a silent service, in which the stylist or esthetician is asked in advance not to converse during the visit.

Hair services range from haircuts and barber cuts to blowouts, keratin smoothing, perms and event styling such as up-dos and run-through consultations. Color work covers root touch-ups, full color, foiling, balayage, blonding, bleaching, fashion color, corrective color, grey transitioning and gloss. Extensions are offered in tape-in and sew-in styles using VoMor hair. Facial and body treatments, lash and brow services, and waxing round out the menu.

Parking is usually easy to find on Queen Anne Avenue and nearby side streets. Metered spots were listed at about one dollar an hour, while spots west of Second Avenue West are not metered. Appointments are held with a card on file, which is charged only for cancellation fees or if the client chooses to pay with it. The salon participates in the Green Circle Salons recycling program and accepts certain old items, such as dryers, batteries and printer cartridges, for recycling.

The salon says it wants clients to leave looking and feeling their best, and it pairs its services with Aveda's products and lifestyle philosophy.
