Color is a large part of the business. Lived-in color is built with babylights, teasylights and color melting, and the aim is dimension that stretches the time between visits. All Over Color, custom highlight packages in three lengths, and root touch-ups are offered, and root touch-ups are typically recommended every four to eight weeks. Each highlight package includes a blowout, a shadow root, a gloss, and a choice of a haircut or a deep conditioning treatment. A Toner Refresh is available for blonde hair that has turned brassy. The Keratin Treatment, which takes about three hours, is meant to reduce frizz and blow-dry time for up to six months and can be added to any color service.
A visit starts with a consultation. Clients are offered a beverage and a snack, a lap desk, and a portable massager during processing, and the hot towel is infused with essential oils and followed by a scalp massage. New clients send a guest appointment request, and the business replies within 24 to 48 hours with options and availability. After the visit, clients receive a written aftercare routine covering shampoo frequency, recommended treatments and when to book next.
Bridal work includes a one-hour bridal makeup trial with false eyelashes, a wedding day makeup service with lashes that does not include a trial, and bridesmaid makeup. Wedding dates are first come, first served and are reserved once a signed Bridal Service Contract and a deposit of 50% of the estimated total are received. Prices and availability for a wedding date are provided within 48 hours of an initial email. Additional fees may apply for early morning appointments, holiday weekends, travel, and assistants for larger parties.
Spray tans are offered as a quick Glow Getter Tan or a Quick Bronze Rapid Tan, which develops over four to six hours before the first rinse. The solution is made with natural DHA and is described as cruelty-free, vegan-friendly and made with skin-safe ingredients. Clients are asked to shower, shave and exfoliate beforehand and to avoid swimming, sweating and exercise for at least eight hours after rinsing.
