New guests start with a one-on-one consultation before any service begins. The free 20-minute consultation can be done in person or by text, and it is a short, focused conversation about hair history, routine and goals, with pricing made clear up front. The salon's aim is for clients to leave feeling like themselves, with each service tailored to their hair and what they want. Coffee is offered in the studio, and there is free private parking in the salon's own lot.

Extensions are hand-tied and installed using the Natural Beaded Row (NBR) and WBR methods. Extension clients have a consultation before installation, and a $500 retainer holds the install date and is applied to the total. Each install begins with custom color matching of the natural hair and the extensions, and ends with a precision cut. Tiers range from a 16-inch Signature set to Luxe options up to 20 inches, and an Exclusive tier of 22 inches or more with R+Co styling products. Maintenance refreshes are suggested every six to eight weeks.

Color services include single-process color, dimensional color, gloss, and color correction. Balayage is painted on by hand and highlights are placed by hand with foils. Color correction is a multi-step service that always starts with an in-person consultation, cannot be booked online for the same day, and requires a deposit. It is priced by time and complexity, and the salon describes a typical structure of about $100 per hour for the first three hours and $150 per hour after that. Corrections often take several hours and some are split across more than one visit.

Blowouts can be styled sleek and smooth or as soft waves or curls, and the salon says a blowout typically lasts three to five days with care. Haircuts are offered for all hair types and lengths, including curly hair, and every haircut includes a complimentary blowout finish. Keratin treatments use the Keratin Complex smoothing system, and Express Blow Out Smoothing is a faster keratin option that takes about an hour. R+Co color, wash, treatment and styling products are used throughout. Services are booked online through Vagaro, where current prices are shown, and changes or cancellations can be made there or by calling or texting. Afterpay payment plans are available in-store, subject to approval. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, 8am to 7pm, and the salon reports a 4.9 out of 5 Google rating from more than 67 clients.
