Full sets come in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, and the menu also includes fills, touch-ups and removal. Japanese-style sets use fine, airy classic extensions arranged into spiked clusters and held with lash sealant, and the studio does not offer anime lashes. Fill and touch-up timing depends on how long it has been since a client's last appointment: touch-ups are due within 10 days, and most fills fall within three to four weeks. New clients can bring in fills from another salon, with a deposit required.

The Korean lash lift and tint is a separate treatment. The salon describes it as gentler and more effective than a traditional lift, with results lasting about six weeks. Colour can be added to a set for multiple colours or layered designs, and lash removal is offered on its own.

Full sets take a deposit, and booking can be paid in person through Buy Now, Pay Later for amounts from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancelling a fill or any service under two hours within 48 hours, or a full set within 72 hours, may be charged up to the full price.

Appointment timing follows the age of the last service, so touch-ups, fills and full sets each have their own booking windows.
