Because services are provided on location, a typical appointment happens where the client is getting ready, whether that is a home, a hotel suite or a venue. Clients book the work for weddings, showers, rehearsal dinners, family portraits, anniversaries, charity galas, proms, senior photos, photoshoots and themed parties.

Weddings are the core of the business. The on-site makeup and hair bridal rate starts at $250. A limited number of weddings are accepted each month, first come, first served. New client consultations are free, as is a Let's Talk call by video or phone. Trial runs are available as 90-minute preview appointments, can be scheduled the day before a rehearsal dinner, and are not complimentary. The business coordinates extra artists for a $100 non-refundable fee per artist, with a further $100 per artist for expedited timelines.

For bridal parties, the business offers 60-minute hair styling and makeup application sessions at $125 each, and a 15-minute lash application at $25. Every party member receives a touch-up kit with lip refreshers, shine control and finishing products. Mothers of the bride and groom have their own hair and makeup services, and hair extension placement and blending is available for brides and mothers with extensions supplied by the client.

Outside of weddings, the studio offers on-location event hair styling, including blowouts and sleek, straight or voluminous curled styles, as well as photoshoot hair with studio and natural light work. Media and production makeup covers film, television, commercial and editorial shoots, and on-set hair and makeup for branding projects and company headshot days is quoted by email with full and half-day rates. Headshot sessions with on-location hair and makeup start at $25, and signature and deluxe branding sessions are offered at higher rates.

Makeup lessons can be taken virtually, with sessions starting at $100 for an hour, or one-on-one on-site starting at $300 for 90 minutes. Lessons cover brush cleaning, skincare prep, eye and lip technique, contouring, bronzing, strobing and foundation shade matching, and each lesson includes a $50 credit toward the artist's cosmetics. Private group workshops for five or more guests cost $150 per person and run about three hours. A makeup evaluation is a two-hour session where the client applies a look and receives feedback, priced at $200. A makeup academy program is also offered for learning makeup skills. Spray tanning is available in the home, starting at $79 with a full body add-on for an additional person at $55.
