The color menu runs from partial dimensional work focused around the face and crown to full dimensional placement blended from root to ends, with gloss included in both. Between color visits, a gloss service restores tone, shine and hydration, and a root refresh covers regrowth. The Luxe Refresh Mini, a soft brightening through the hairline and part, is offered only to existing clients. Cuts are built around each client, using dry cutting and razor work and finishing with a wash and blowout. A standalone shampoo and blowout is also available.

Hair extensions begin with a GreatLengths consultation, which sets pricing by length, density and color before an install is booked. Consultations, virtual or in the salon, can also help clients choose services. Bridal, bridal trial and special occasion styles are available for updos and down styles; clients are asked to arrive with clean hair that has not been curled or straightened.

Booking requires a credit card number, which is not charged unless authorized. New clients pay a deposit for consultations, bridal services, smoothing and extension consultations. Cash, credit and debit are accepted, with a 3.5% fee on card payments. Cancellations within 48 hours incur 25%, and within 24 hours 50%. No-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service amount. All sales are final, though adjustments can be requested within 14 days of the appointment.

Color and cuts are tailored to each client's complexion and lifestyle, with attention to current techniques and products meant to support hair health and longevity.
