Cutting and styling run from blow-outs and special event styles to calligraphy cuts, for women and men. The colour menu covers glazes, low lights, root work, highlights, balayage and platinum bleach. Colour prices depend on time, product, length, density and detail. Colour correction begins with a free in-salon consultation, and a deposit is needed to book it. Colour formulas are blended for each guest and kept on file for later visits.

Texture services include perms, keratin treatments, deep conditioning and Malibu treatments. Hair extensions use 100% human Remy hair, and staff are certified in five extension methods. A complimentary consultation with an extension specialist is offered. Financing is available through PayPal.

Bridal hair and makeup can be done in the salon or on location at the chosen venue, for brides, bridesmaids, mothers and flower girls, with lash and clip-in extension add-ons. Bridal bookings are made through a request form. Styling lessons, including updos and curls, are available on request.

New guests book through the new guest page, and returning guests use the Book Now button with an account. A consultation is required before space is secured for any service. Cancelling or rescheduling needs 24 hours' notice, and a late cancellation is charged 50% of the booked service. Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have to reschedule. Haircut or colour issues reported within 7 days of a visit are corrected at no extra charge, and retail purchases can be exchanged at full credit within 90 days. The phone number is 973-267-1300. Hours are Monday by appointment only, Tuesday and Friday 10am to 6pm, Wednesday and Thursday 11am to 9pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, and closed Sunday.

Each first visit opens with a 15-minute consultation with the stylist and a plan for future appointments, and stylists follow up within a week. The salon also provides in-salon and out-of-salon education to its staff.
