Each visit starts with a consultation in which the team evaluates the patient's concerns and recommends treatments that suit them. Injectable treatments are fairly quick. Botox Cosmetic takes about 10 to 15 minutes, Xeomin takes 15 to 30 minutes and has no downtime, and Radiesse takes between 30 minutes and an hour. Ice or a mild topical anesthetic is used before Radiesse and Xeomin injections to numb the area, and Juvederm XC-labeled gels contain lidocaine to help with comfort during injection.

The filler range covers the Juvederm family, which the practice uses for cheeks, lines around the nose and mouth, and lips, along with Belotero and Radiesse. Belotero is made by Merz Aesthetics, the same company that makes Radiesse. Latisse, which the FDA has approved for people with inadequate or short eyelashes, is applied nightly to the upper lid at the base of the lashes with supplied sterile applicators. The practice says early Latisse results usually appear after about four weeks and full benefit is seen around 18 weeks.

Consultations focus on each patient's concerns and on recommending the treatments that fit them, with neurotoxins used for muscle-driven wrinkles and fillers used for loss of volume.
