Wellness Today is owned and led by nurse practitioner Danelle DeBye, who combines regenerative medicine with functional medicine principles. Visits start with a complimentary consultation. For regenerative and aesthetic care, the team reviews medical history and lab results before recommending a plan. Treatment visits that involve preparation and the procedure itself may take about one to two hours. Clinic hours are Thursday through Saturday, by appointment only, and consultations can be booked online.

The Medical Aesthetics menu covers neurotoxin treatment with Botox or Xeomin, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP skin rejuvenation, microneedling with exosomes, PRP hair restoration and exosome therapy for hair. The Healthy Aging menu includes biostimulatory treatments, peptide treatments and vitamin injections. The practice also offers a signature 4-month program called Regenerate From the Inside Out, which pairs functional medicine testing and a personalized plan with medical weight management when it is appropriate.

Regenerative options include PRP therapy for joint pain, arthritis-related symptoms, and injuries to tendons and ligaments, including injuries sustained in sport. Joint health assessments are available for the knee, hip and shoulder. When someone comes in about a painful joint, visits also review metabolic health, sleep, daily activity, nutrition and inflammation. Stem cell and Wharton's jelly treatments are described as investigational. Some regenerative therapies are offered only after a personalized medical evaluation. Wharton's jelly products have not received FDA approval for treating arthritis, persistent pain, autoimmune conditions, neurological conditions or other diseases.

Cost depends on the condition, the proposed procedure and the number of treatments recommended, and is explained during consultation. Many regenerative, functional lab and aesthetic treatments are not covered by traditional insurance, and coverage for PRP varies by insurer. Payment options include 0% financing, Cherry financing with interest-free plans on select packages, and HSA and FSA funds for eligible services.
