Much of the salon's range centers on protective and long-wear styles. Braiding options include box braids, knotless box braids, Fulani braids, Goddess braids, Marley twists, Nipsey braids and crochet styles. Locs are offered as retwists, new locs, faux locs, faux loc refreshes and congos or wicks. Extension services cover sew-ins, tape-in and hand-tied extensions, clip-in installs and extension restoration. Wig installs, a range of cuts, blow outs and Iron Works styling for natural curly and afro hair round out the menu.

Evolve Oil is the salon's own product line, invented by Kristy Mitchell after years of research and product testing. The salon describes it as usable as a beard oil, heat protectant, scalp cleanser and treatment, and says it helps improve hair density. It comes in 2 oz for $25 and 8 oz for $65, and clients can arrange local pick-up for orders.

Color services are priced with a starting point and can change after a consultation. Color correction is offered by the hour, starting at $100, for extremely damaged and previously colored hair. Tape-in extensions, hand-tied extensions and braidless sew-ins require a consultation before booking. Knotless box braids and box braids with hair are offered on Saturdays and require contacting the stylist first.

The salon says it aims to keep each client's hair intact while working toward the goals the client sets, and that it treats every guest with care. In-home appointments are available for a travel fee of $200 locally or $500 in state, and an after-hours fee of $100 can be added to book outside regular hours. The salon suggests clients hold off on booking a hair appointment until their product order has arrived.
