A visit starts with a personalized consultation about what the client wants, and the team builds a custom treatment plan and discusses ongoing maintenance. Clients can also arrange a pre-assessment to be matched with the right provider. The practice says it does not double-book time slots. Numbing is available before injections, along with Pro-Nox laughing gas for comfort, and patients receive follow-up from the patient care team after treatment, including a call the day after lip filler or BOTOX. Only FDA-approved dermal fillers are used, and filler can be dissolved at no charge for patients who are not satisfied with the result. Ultrasound and hyaluronidase are used to dissolve unwanted or migrated filler.

Facials are customized in 30, 60 or 90-minute sessions. The 30-minute facial focuses on skincare results, while the longer facials add relaxation time, and extractions are included in the 60 and 90-minute versions if the client wants them. Facials can include a personalized at-home routine. Sanford offers a DiamondGlow facial, BioRePeel, a Perfect Derma Peel and teen acne facials, and both locations list HydraFacial and microneedling. Members can choose a VIP Membership or a BOTOX-only Membership, which start at $20 per month. The practice says it is not a discount clinic, though many patients save with a membership. Payment plans with an APR starting as low as 0% are available through a buy-now-pay-later partner, and applying requires a state ID and mobile phone number.

Each treatment begins with a consultation focused on the client's goals, and the practice aims for natural-looking results. Injectors use the smallest needles possible and blunt needles when they can.
