A first visit starts with a consultation, which is $35 and takes about an hour in person. It covers hair care history, styling preferences and lifestyle, and includes test locs to check hold, sizes and how much scalp shows. Establishment is priced at $1,500 for up to 6 inches of hair, plus $200 for each additional 2 inches. It is planned over one to three days, with a 12-hour blocked day that includes an hour for a meal (clients bring their own), and complimentary water and snacks are provided. Each package includes a starter kit, a two-week follow-up that checks lock integrity and tightens locks, and a four-week re-tightening. The site says the average client leaves with about 450 locks. A deposit of half the quoted price is due at booking and is non-refundable, and the balance is due on the first day before the session begins.

After establishment, re-tightening is $100 per hour and is recommended at four-week intervals at first, with an average gap of 4 to 6 weeks between visits. Traditional loc maintenance for the large interlocking method is $145, and interlock installs start at $800, varying with undercuts and length. Style-only appointments are $50. Clients are asked to wash their hair the day before establishment and re-tightening, without conditioner, grease, rubber bands or cornrows. Appointments other than establishments need 24 hours' notice to reschedule or a $25 cancellation fee applies.

Electrolysis is priced by session length: $45 for 15 minutes, $75 for 30, $95 for 45 and $110 for 60, with skin tag removal at $55 for 30 minutes. The site describes electrolysis as the only FDA-approved permanent hair removal process. Trichology scalp services include scalp exfoliation, scalp circulation treatments and guidance on scalp maintenance. Trichology consultations are requested through a form and then scheduled by phone. Bookings can be made by email, by text or by phone, and payment is accepted by credit card, debit card, Zelle and cash, but not by check.
