New clients start with a New Client Experience, a longer visit of at least 135 minutes. It opens with an in-depth consultation and a review of hair history, followed by a hair and scalp assessment, a customized shampoo, a treatment, steam, a scalp massage with aromatherapy, and a detailed haircut or trim. The visit ends with home-care product recommendations. A 25% non-refundable deposit reserves this appointment and is applied toward the balance. Clients returning after six or more months also begin with this visit before moving to regular maintenance services.

Clients seen within the past six months can book directly from the established client services menu. Color services require a deposit and a color consultation before any color appointment. A free, optional 15-minute hair care consultation is also available to talk through hair history, goals and home products. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice; later changes within 24 hours incur a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service.

The studio is open Wednesday from 9 AM to 4 PM, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM. It is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Questions can be sent to Lacey Jones through the contact form on the website.
