The menu is grouped into curl care styling such as rod sets, comb coils, silk presses, flat twists and two-strand twists, along with wash-and-go sessions and curl reshape trims. Specialty treatments include Olaplex bond repair, a micro-mist steam treatment, protein and detox options, and a scalp exfoliation service. Color is offered for clients with healthy hair, including demi-permanent color, full-head single process color and root coverage. Extension services such as feed-in braids, crochet braids and Marley twists are offered by request, and clients supply their own hair.
New clients usually begin with a longer plan. The New Client Healthy Hair Reset takes about 2.5 hours and includes a consultation, cleanse, steam treatment, trim or cut and style. The New Client Curl Nourish Scalp Care also takes about 2.5 hours and includes scalp exfoliation and a micro-mist with blue light therapy. A Curated Curl Lesson gives a guided wash, treatment and styling session that teaches at-home product use and wash-and-go styling. Prep instructions are emailed 72 hours before the appointment, and hair must be fully detangled before arrival.
The space is quiet and one-on-one, with one client served at a time. Guests from outside Columbus can take part through online curl consultations and digital educational resources. Booking requires a non-refundable fee of $25 or $50 that is applied to the balance at checkout. Cancellations and reschedules are made by text, and the salon asks for at least 48 hours' notice. Services are for guests 18 and older, and children, pets and other guests may not come into the suite unless they are being serviced.
