Products and services are not refundable or exchangeable. No-shows and clients who give insufficient notice are charged a 50% fee, or the full appointment amount for a no-show. Arriving 15 minutes or more late incurs a late fee, and the full session may be charged. Skincare products are sold through an online shop.

Skin care here begins with diet, and clients are taught how it affects their complexion. From there, each person gets a plan built around specific ingredients that suit their particular needs.
