The facial menu runs from a 30-minute Nalu Express Facial starting at $89 to a 60-minute Nalu Sculpting Facial starting at $155, with the Nalu Perfecting Facial, Cryo Facial and Nalu Hydrofacial in between. Every facial uses the business's own professional-grade Nalu Skin Products. Acne No Peel and High Frequency Comb are included free with any facial of 45 minutes or longer, and optional add-ons include dermaplaning, hand and arm massage, neck tightening, CryoFace and Aerolase.

Laser hair removal is sold as session packages priced by area size, with one area counted as one session. Full body packages are offered only as 6 or 12 sessions and include unlimited areas per session, with all chosen areas treated at each appointment. Payment plans are available for laser hair removal, and Cherry payment plans for treatments require a minimum of $250, with 0% APR options possible subject to eligibility.

Waxing covers Brazilian and bikini, facial and full body services, and a Hydrojelly mask can be added to a Brazilian for $10.

Clients can book and manage appointments online or through a client portal. Packages and gift cards are sold, a referral program rewards clients who refer a friend, and the business has cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and late policies, a no children policy and a refund policy covering packages, products and services.

Treatments are chosen after a consultation and skin analysis scan, and providers recommend products for each client's skin type and concerns afterward.
