Consultations are unhurried and are booked online, by phone, or by email. The standard aesthetic consultation is 45 minutes for $75 and includes a full-face assessment, a written treatment plan, transparent pricing, and skincare recommendations. The comprehensive consultation is 90 minutes for $500 and includes a hormone and wellness intake, a comprehensive lab panel, and a combined aesthetic and wellness roadmap. Blood draws can often be completed at the studio.

Before a visit, clients complete a secure intake form covering goals, history, and lifestyle. Patients are asked to bring a list of medications and supplements, to arrive with a clean face when possible, and, for the comprehensive visit, may be asked to fast for 8 to 12 hours before bloodwork.

Injectables include Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin from $15 per unit, with Jeuveau, Daxxy, and Xeomin available on request. Dermal filler is offered for lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, temples, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, under-eyes, and full facial balancing, with most areas from $800, jawline at $1,800 flat, and glute enhancement at $4,000 flat. Biostimulators include Sculptra, Radiesse, and Hyperdilute Radiesse. Laser resurfacing options include Alma Hybrid, CoolPeel, Pixel Peel, ACTIVATE, PIXEL PEEL light CO2, REGENERATE, and REPAIR, offered as single treatments or series; the studio says its laser plans are customized to reduce the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. The EMARA Facial from $300 combines dermaplaning, professional exfoliation, LED light therapy, and finishing products, and nano-needling and microneedling with Toskani boosters are also offered.

Memberships are billed monthly. The Gen Z Pass is $120 for patients ages 20 to 26, Silver is $150 for 5 percent off, Gold is $250 for 10 percent off and includes a complimentary Epicutis travel kit and mask, and Platinum is $450 for 15 percent off. Members receive neurotoxin pricing of $13 per unit, and nurses, teachers, military, police officers, and firefighters receive $14 per unit. Memberships require a 12-month commitment unless otherwise stated and renew monthly unless cancelled in writing with 30 days notice. An early cancellation fee of $150 plus repayment of the discounted value difference applies, memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, and banked funds expire 60 days after cancellation. Hormone optimization, weight management, functional medicine, peptide therapy, and longevity programs are offered through the sister practice Aiyana Atelier Wellness.

Treatment plans are built around each person's anatomy, skin tone, and long-term goals, with an emphasis on prevention, longevity, and long-term skin health. The studio describes its treatments as customized, with a written plan and transparent pricing.
