The studio is a private suite in Arlington, Virginia, and visits are by appointment only. Garage and street parking are available. A standard Aesthetic Consultation is a 45-minute visit with a full-face assessment, a written treatment plan with transparent pricing and skincare recommendations, and it costs $75. For a more thorough review, the Comprehensive Consultation is a 90-minute private appointment that includes hormone and wellness intake, a comprehensive lab panel and a combined aesthetic and wellness roadmap, priced at $500 with blood draw. Clients may be asked to fast for 8 to 12 hours before bloodwork, and are asked to bring a list of medications and supplements to the visit. Laboratory testing can often be done at EMARA, while wellness consultations and treatment plans are handled by the sister practice Aiyana Atelier Wellness, which also offers hormone optimization, weight management, peptide therapy, functional medicine and longevity programs.

Injectables cover neurotoxins, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, biostimulators and tissue regeneration treatments. Botox, Dysport or Xeomin is priced at $15 per unit, or $13 per unit with membership, and Jeuveau, Daxxy or Xeomin is available on request. Filler for the cheeks, chin, temples, nasolabial folds, marionette lines and under-eyes starts at $800, lip filler starts at $500, and jawline filler is a flat $1,800. Facial balancing places filler across the face and is quoted at consultation, while full facial balancing is a flat $4,500 with no per-syringe charges. Biostimulators, including Sculptra and Radiesse, are aimed at skin quality, firmness and volume.

The laser and skin menu includes Alma Hybrid, which combines non-ablative and ablative resurfacing, CoolPeel, a full-face CO2 laser approach, and Pixel Peel, a fractional treatment for deeper texture and scarring. Every Alma laser treatment includes a Toskani or PDGF regenerative therapy, a recovery mask, LED light therapy and personalized pre- and post-care guidance, and a recovery skincare kit is provided when the treatment intensity calls for it. Laser plans are customized with the aim of reducing the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation for melanated skin. Chemical peels are formulated for pigment, acne and overall radiance, with options for melanated skin, and microneedling with Toskani boosters is offered for texture, fine lines, acne scarring, pore size and overall skin quality.

Treatment plans are built from medical science, facial assessment and the biology of aging, with recommendations that weigh both immediate concerns and long-term skin health.
