Services are tailored to each client rather than handled from a fixed routine. The menu runs from a basic manicure with no polish, at $30, to a structured gel manicure or maintenance nail extensions, at $140 and about 90 minutes, which covers length, strength and style, including sculpted nails. Gel polish comes in two levels: a 30 to 45 minute gel-only service at $60, and a 60 minute Gel Polish Plus at $75 that adds extensive cuticle care. Gel removal is included when the gel was applied in the salon; otherwise product removal is added to the visit.
Pedicure options include a no-polish basic pedicure at $50, a Spa Pedicure at $78 with paraffin, callus treatment and a hot towel wrap, and a Waterless Pedicure at $78, a dry service with no soak. The Spa Manicure at $75 pairs an exfoliating treatment and moisturizing mask with warm paraffin, and the Dazzle Dry Transform at $60 adds a treatment aimed at damaged nails. Add-ons such as chrome, cat eye, French, multilayered colors, nail art, embellishments, callus treatments and paraffin are priced from $20 in 15-minute steps and must be booked alongside another service. Prices can rise for intricate nail art designs. Clients who want a specific design can send inspirations at least a week ahead by Instagram or email with their top three choices.
Booking is by appointment. The salon recommends reserving at least two weeks ahead, and four weeks ahead for evenings and weekends. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice by phone; same-day changes are charged 80%, and no-shows are charged the full service. A ten-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Sales are final and refunds are not issued. Clients who are unsure which service to pick can text or message through Instagram for help. Gift cards are sold on the website's shop page after signing in. Parking is metered off-street, with a limited-hours garage on Bangs Avenue, and meters are enforced daily from 9AM to 2AM.
Each service is customized to the client, with the menu spanning enhancements, natural nail care and pedicures.
