The menu covers manicures, pedicures, extensions and overlays in Gel-X, acrylic or builder gel, custom nail art, and removal of gel, acrylic or extensions. Signature pedicures include exfoliation, callus care, foot massage and a polish finish. Luxury manicures add cuticle treatment and hand massage. Gel manicures are finished chip-free with a high shine.
Nail art is a major focus. Designs range from hand-painted patterns to hand-applied chrome and cat eye finishes, plus crystal and pearl work with 3D embellishments. French manicures come in traditional white tips, micro-French, and coloured versions.
Bridal nail packages include trial sessions, tailored designs and pampering treatments, and the studio welcomes clients planning a special occasion or simply wanting a treat. Repairs cover broken or damaged nails and infills. Complimentary repairs are offered for chips, cracks or breaks within 7 days of the original appointment, once discussed and approved in advance; repairs after 7 days may carry a fee.
Booking requires a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the total cost of the service. No-shows forfeit the deposit and must pay a new one to rebook. There is a 20-minute grace period for late arrivals, and arriving 20 or more minutes late cancels the service and forfeits the deposit. All nail services are final sale, with no refunds once a service is completed.
