Appointments are booked through the GlossGenius booking page. A free 30-minute consultation is available, and it can be done virtually on request. Extensions have their own free consultation, which covers the method, color matching, maintenance and pricing. The Silver wedding package is priced per person and needs a consultation and advance booking.

Policies: a 75% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. There is a 15-minute grace period, and arriving later than that may mean rescheduling. A late fee starting at $15 is listed among booking options.
