The lash menu is broad. It starts with lash tints and extension removal, then moves through mini fills, classic and hybrid sets, and volume and mega volume sets. Lash extensions can be done onsite, there is a membership option, and a lower-priced classic set and fill are offered for high school students. Fixing lashes is free.

Brow services include shaping and styling that uses waxing or threading to suit the face, tinting, lamination, and a combined wax, lamination and tint. A brow package lets clients buy five sessions and receive the sixth free, or swap the package for five lip waxes. Facial waxing and threading for the chin, upper lip and a face area of choice are also listed.

A bridal consultation is $110 for an hour and includes a bridal makeup trial and reserving and confirming the wedding date. Bridal hair trials, day-of wedding hair, bridesmaid hairdos, bridesmaid makeup, combined bridesmaid hair and makeup, flower girl makeup, groom service and wedding day makeup are all listed. An Indian wedding trial hair and makeup dressup takes about three and a half hours. For wedding day makeup, travel fees are discussed based on location and hotel accommodation, including for out-of-state venues. Onsite makeup carries a $75 fee, and the salon notes a $50-plus fee for Snohomish, King and Pierce counties.

Policies are firm. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice; without that, a cancellation is charged 50% of the service price, and any fee must be paid before rebooking. The same rules apply to bridal trials and bridal bookings. Arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment. Services performed are not refunded, including bridal services. Clients with a concern about retention must contact the salon within 48 hours.
