The salon says quality is its top priority. For nail enhancements, it guarantees Gel X, gel builder, dip and full set acrylic work: lifting or chips reported within 3 to 5 days of the original service can be repaired free of charge, provided the client notifies the salon and returns within 3 days. Transitional polish applications are not covered by the guarantee. If a client reports a miscommunication or dispute, the salon will try to resolve it before the client leaves.

Hours are Monday 9:30am to 6:00pm, Tuesday through Friday 9:30am to 7:00pm, Saturday 9:30am to 6:00pm, and Sunday 10:00am to 5:00pm. Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted, with a $15 minimum for credit card payments. All services and gift certificate sales are non-refundable and final, and gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or extended past their expiration date. The salon is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal items on the premises.
