Naas Tox & Skin was started by Anastasia Bevza, a Family Nurse Practitioner, as a small practice for busy adults who want straightforward aesthetic and skin care. The practice describes itself as clinician-run with a practical approach to aesthetics. In-person tox treatments take place inside Arte Dental on 19th Street NW, and limited private or mobile tox appointments may be arranged.
A visit usually starts with a free 15-minute chat, offered virtually or in office, to talk through concerns and decide whether a full appointment makes sense. The chat carries no obligation to have treatment and is not a full medical evaluation. Tox visits take about 30 minutes, and new tox patients are evaluated before any treatment. A consultation and treatment can happen in the same appointment when that is appropriate. The proposed dose and total cost are shared before treatment begins, and no charges are added afterward. The dose depends on anatomy, muscle activity, the area being treated, previous experience and the result the person wants.
Skin care is handled through video appointments. A comprehensive consultation runs 45 minutes and covers skin, current routine, priorities, budget and treatment options, followed by a written plan generally within 48 hours and prescriptions when appropriate. A focused prescription visit of about 20 minutes covers one straightforward request, such as renewing a known medication. A follow-up of about 20 minutes reviews progress, adjusts an existing plan and handles refills or changes. Skin concerns addressed include fine lines, acne, redness, uneven pigmentation, texture and skincare routines that are not working. Video visits do not replace in-person skin exams, skin cancer screening or specialty dermatologic care, and changing or concerning lesions need an in-person dermatologist evaluation.
The practice is self-pay and does not bill health insurance. Payment is due at the time of service by cash, Venmo, or major credit and debit cards, and FSA/HSA documentation or a superbill may be provided when appropriate. It does not offer memberships or packages, and it does not sell skincare products. Prescription medications, compounded formulas and retail products are purchased separately from services. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, and no late or no-show fee is currently charged. Eligible Jeuveau treatments may qualify for Evolus Rewards savings, enrollment in which is free, and gift cards are available online.
Recommendations weigh anatomy, medical history, goals, budget and daily life, and the practice does not sell elaborate packages.
