Services are grouped into facials, injectables, medical procedures, medical add-ons, premium services, memberships and a Corporate Wellness Program. Facials are offered for a range of skin conditions and types, including acne, dullness, dry and dehydrated skin, uneven texture and aging skin, and the menu also includes a buccal massage and a back facial. Medical procedures address melasma, sun damage, large pores, sagging and loose skin, scarring and rosacea, and can be done on the face, neck, decollete, arms, thighs, legs and stomach after a consultation.

Each visit starts with check-in, followed by a consultation in a private treatment room to set goals and build a personalized plan. A 3D skin analysis gives the team a closer look at skin health before treatment is tailored. The 3D Skin Analysis Consultation is listed at $90 and the In-Person Consultation at $150, both for 30 minutes. Guests can wait in the lounge, which offers complimentary refreshments.

Injectables include neurotoxins such as Botox, Xeomin, Dysport and Jeuveau, hyaluronic acid fillers including Juvederm and several Restylane products, biostimulators such as Sculptra, Radiesse and EZ Gel, and other options such as Kybella, Bellafill and Belotero. Staff are trained in Morpheus8, RF microneedling, IPL photo facials, laser hair removal, Botox, fillers, injectables and chemical peels. The spa also lists a nonsurgical facelift that uses RF and infrared LED energy without incisions.

Memberships are offered at three levels. Advanced costs $150 per month and includes one facial. Pro costs $280 per month and includes one medical procedure. Complete costs $400 per month and includes one procedure plus one facial. All three levels give members 15% off injectables and retail products, and each membership includes a personalized 3D skin analysis with a progress report. Enrollment requires a six-month minimum commitment, with billing on the first of each month to a credit card kept on file. Because people respond differently, no particular result can be promised.
