Dr. Jennifer Goodrich

Dr. Jennifer Goodrich is a surgeon who gives injectable treatments at the spa. She earned a B.S. from Ursinus College, graduating magna cum laude, and an M.D. from the Georgetown University School of Medicine in 2008. Following medical school, she was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Navy. She completed a five-year Otolaryngology residency through the National Capital Consortium in 2013, then practiced general Otolaryngology with the Navy in Japan from 2013 to 2016. Between 2016 and 2018, she was a fellow in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of California, Irvine, training under Dr. Brian Wong. That program covered reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, including laser treatments, injectables, complex rhinoplasty, oculoplastic work, and procedures for the aging face. From 2018 to 2023, she worked as a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon for the Navy at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, serving the D.C. metro area and focusing on complex rhinoplasty, oculoplastics, and Mohs reconstruction. During two of those years she chaired the Otolaryngology Department, and she trained residents in Otolaryngology, Oral Surgery, and Ophthalmology. She left the military in 2023 after nearly 16 years of service and now runs a full-scope Facial Plastic Surgery practice in Montgomery County, Maryland.
