A first visit starts with a greeting at check-in and includes a complimentary beverage, a review of medical history and a comprehensive dental exam. The office is spa-inspired, with ceiling-mounted TVs, a private Calm Room for relaxation before and after treatment, and calm design details. Imaging includes digital x-rays, an iTero digital scan that maps oral health in detail, Axeos CBCT 3D imaging for implant planning, root canal therapy and wisdom teeth, and NIRI near-infrared imaging that looks for tooth decay without radiation. Intraoral cameras show patients their own teeth and gums during exams, and Pearl AI reviews X-rays in real time to help flag cavities and gum disease.

Dental care is evidence-based, with personalized treatment plans built from assessments, scans and each patient's smile goals. Cosmetic options include in-office teeth whitening or take-home kits with custom-fitted trays, porcelain veneers, same-day dental bonding in tooth-colored composite, smile makeovers planned after a consultation, and Invisalign clear aligners, with most treatments completed in 12 to 18 months. General care covers cleanings, fluoride, oral cancer screenings, fillings, sealants, gum disease treatment, extractions including wisdom teeth, TMJ treatment and emergency care during business hours. Skin rejuvenation treatments are non-surgical facial services that are physician-led and tailored to skin type, condition, lifestyle and goals. The menu includes an Alma IQ full-face skin analysis, HydraFacial (which can be combined with microneedling, dermaplaning, lymphatic drainage and LED light therapy), chemical peels, microneedling, Botox, dermal fillers, injectables, Opus Plasma, LMNT light therapy and Universkin personalized skincare. The practice recommends a facial every 4 to 6 weeks, since skin cells renew about every 28 days. After treatment, SkinCeuticals, Alastin Skincare and Plated Skin Science products are offered, and the practice says its medical-grade skincare is sold through authorized partners and made in small batches.

The DentalPolitan Perk Plan is a $479 yearly membership for patients without insurance. It includes two comprehensive exams, two professional cleanings, a full set of radiographs, an annual iTero oral health scan, a free fluoride treatment and an emergency exam, plus 15% off dental treatments, with no deductibles or yearly maximums. The office files insurance claims and helps with coverage questions, though co-pays and deductibles still apply. PPO plans listed include Aetna, CareFirst PPO, Cigna, Connection Dental, GEHA, MetLife, Humana, Guardian and UCCI. Payment options include cash, personal checks, major credit cards, CareCredit and LendingClub. Most cosmetic treatments are considered elective, though some may be partly covered.
