Pedicures are the core of the menu, grouped as foot retreat services. Essential Calm starts with a pink Himalayan salt soak and includes nail shaping, cuticle care, callus scrubbing, an organic sugar scrub and a lotion or oil massage. Lounge Escape adds a mud mask wrap in hot towels, collagen socks and a longer massage with warm candle oil. The Reset opens with an organic herbal detox soak and herbal neck wrap, then adds a mud mask wrap, paraffin treatment and the candle oil massage. Baltimore Gem uses a lavender salt soak, lavender scrub, Moroccan clay mask, hot stone massage, paraffin, and an herbal neck wrap with steam mask. Each pedicure can be done in regular or gel polish.

For hands and nails, options include a Lounge Classic manicure with a fizzy salt soak, a Luminous Lounge gel manicure, and dipping powder in a range of colors. The Serene Structure manicure uses BIAB, a soak-off gel builder that adds structure to natural nails and can be worn alone or under gel polish; the salon recommends it for weak or brittle nails. Cuticle grooming, added length and nail art are available as add-ons, with nail art quoted on request.

The lounge space has a calm feel. The salon is open Sunday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday and Wednesday to Friday 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and Saturday 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and is closed on Tuesdays. Prices are listed on the menu, and clients are asked to confirm them with their nail technician before services begin. Gift cards can be bought in any amount, for single treatments or series, in the salon or online.

Some policies to know: the salon does not refund services but will work to fix problems with the service itself, and unhappy clients should tell the salon manager right away. Advance notice is requested for cancellations. Clients must mention health issues or diabetes before service. The salon may decline service for an infection or ingrown nails, and may refuse or stop service for anyone who is rude. Loud phone calls and conversations are not allowed inside, children must be closely supervised, and the salon is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items or gift cards.

The salon says it puts a relaxed atmosphere ahead of rush, values real relationships with clients over fast results, and does not cut corners on quality. It states that it uses only brands it trusts in its products.
