The studio works by appointment only, and appointments may need to be confirmed by text on the day.

The studio uses Novalash extensions, with each extension applied to one natural lash. It describes its extensions as premium and luxury, and says they follow the natural lash growth cycle without harming or thinning natural lashes. Length and style are chosen to suit each client, from natural to dramatic. Extensions can last up to three months, and most clients return for fills every two to four weeks.

Classic full sets are priced at $299 and include an initial consultation, about two hours of application, a take-home lash brush and aftercare instructions; bottom lashes are not part of a full set. Volume sets cost more because they take longer: American Volume full sets are $399, and London Volume full sets are $500 for two hours or $625 for two and a half hours, with clients who have many natural lashes sometimes needing the longer time. Fills include a 40-minute two-week classic fill for $60, a one-hour three-week classic fill for $80, a one-hour American Volume fill for $105, and London Volume fills of 60 minutes for $140 or 90 minutes for $207. A bottom set is $125.

Removal costs $45 and uses a Novalash solution with no alcohol and no acetone; removal of Novalash lashes applied at the studio is free, while removal of lashes applied elsewhere is charged. Fills are offered when a reasonable number of extensions remain, and eyes with very few extensions need a full set. Fills can be done on lashes applied by other studios, although the studio may decline lashes that were applied poorly or are unruly.

Each set is chosen around the client, from natural to dramatic, with Novalash extensions placed one to each natural lash. The studio says its method follows the natural growth cycle and is meant to leave natural lashes unharmed.
