The waxing menu includes lip, underarm and Brazilian services. A lip wax is a 10-minute add-on and cannot be booked alone. The Brazilian Wax Wednesday option is offered only on Wednesdays and does not allow other services except underarms for an added $10. The extended Brazilian wax runs 40 minutes and includes the inner thighs and stomach strip. A bundle pairs a brow service with a Brazilian wax in one 110-minute visit, with the price depending on the brow option chosen.
Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 11 AM to 2:30 PM; the studio is closed Sunday and Monday. Clients text 323-902-5081 on arrival and wait to be called in. Each appointment is for one client, with no extra guests. Payment is by cash or Zelle, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the start time, and changes made inside that window may carry a fee. There is a 5-minute grace period after the start time, after which the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled. No-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled cost, and deposits are non-refundable.
