Clients are asked to arrive with a freshly washed, makeup-free face and a list of the skincare products and brands they use. First-time clients are advised to begin with a personalized skin assessment, and facials are customized, so the treatment recommended may differ from the one requested. The Glo2 Facial is a three-step treatment that combines exfoliation, LUX lite ultrasound and a hands-free lymphatic detox massage. The spa describes the exfoliation as patented and says there is no downtime. Face Reality Acne is a series of three to six months for acne grades 1 to 4, offered without prescription drugs, and it uses Face Reality Skincare products with progress monitored by a Face Reality Certified Acne Specialist. The spa states the program has a 95% success rate and says acne is usually under control in about three to six months.

Body services include non-surgical body contouring, a vacuum butt lift, a detox body wrap and post-operative lymphatic massage. Jet Plasma is a non-invasive treatment for the face and body, and the spa recommends a series of 5 to 8 sessions for best results. Hours are Monday to Wednesday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday and Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday by appointment only. Financing is available through CareCredit and Cherry.

Package sessions must be used within six months of purchase. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours, and no-shows, carry a $50 fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled. The site reports an average rating of Excellent from 176 Google reviews.
