Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a appointment; later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled cost, and deposits are not refunded for missed appointments. Rescheduling requires 48 hours' notice. Some color services take extra time and cannot be started late in the evening. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent.
