Suites are private rooms with total privacy and a double-door secure entry, and the building has 24/7 security. Membership includes luxury furnishings, and suites can be personalized with custom paint and the owner's favorite furnishings. Suites come in premier, double, standard, value and share formats, so a professional can pick the size and setup that fits their practice.

Membership gives suite owners a community of other creative professionals and opportunities to cross-promote. Clients book directly with the suite owner through that owner's profile or through the business's online booking page. The business does not take commission splits from what suite owners earn, and it offers a My Salon Suite app and a Business of One Program, a guide to suite ownership. The business also links to a donation page for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
