Starter locs are done with a comb twist for adults and for long hair. A deluxe option adds take-home products and a written care guide. Retwist prices rise with loc length and the style requested, from a simple retwist to two-strand twist updos and braided styles. Retwists do not include latching, retightening or crochet, and the studio does not latch, retie or tighten locs. Tangled locs add $25, and thick hair adds $25 to listed prices.

Returning clients can book loc maintenance, which covers shampoo, conditioning, growth oil and moisturizer when needed. Locs that need a total makeover call for a consultation first. Private or emergency appointments are available for $100 on top of the regular price and take about an hour.

Color services begin at $65 and require a consultation and a deposit to book. New clients pay a $25 deposit for their first visit and send photos of their hair when they book. Late cancellations and missed appointments carry a fee of at least $50 before a client can reschedule. Prices may shift with the time required and the amount of hair.

The studio sells salon shampoo and conditioner, along with products for home use, through an online shop. Online sales are final. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with Wednesday, Thursday and Friday split into day and evening sessions. The studio is closed Monday and Sunday.
