Each appointment is tailored to the individual client. New clients are asked to book a consultation first, which can be done by video if preferred. Shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying are included with every hair service, and hair used for braids, twists, and faux locs is included as well. Clients should arrive with hair that is not matted or heavily tangled, since excessive detangling is billed hourly.
Booking requires a non-refundable retainer of 30% of the total service cost, paid at booking. Appointments are not confirmed until the retainer is paid, and it is applied toward the final balance on the appointment day. Changes made at least 24 hours ahead may carry the retainer over once, while cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours forfeits it. Arriving more than 10 minutes late incurs a $30 fee, and arriving more than 20 minutes late may mean rebooking without a refund. A no-call, no-show is charged the full service price to the card on file, and two such incidents lead to a block from future scheduling. All services are non-refundable. Clients who are dissatisfied should notify their stylist within 24 hours, and a corrective service or adjustment may be offered at the stylist's discretion.
Opening hours run Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Same-day bookings need approval before a client arrives. Only people receiving a service may be inside. Any child under 13 must have an adult guardian with them throughout the visit. A per-hour fee applies to children who remain at the salon after their appointment has ended.
