The menu is organized by set style. Classic sets come in 70, 90 or 110 extensions per eye, and wispy and hybrid versions are also offered. Volume sets place two to ten extensions on each natural lash, from 2D up to 9/10D super mega volume. Natural anime sets use soft wispy spikes with longer lengths in the center. Full appointments run from about an hour for a 70-per-eye classic set to about two and a half hours for the largest mega volume sets.

Between full sets, refills are priced at one-, two- and three-week intervals and cost less than a full set. Refill windows are 1 to 7 days for a one-week refill, 8 to 14 days for two-week and 15 to 21 days for three-week; after 22 days a new set is needed. Refills from other salons are accepted at the three-week rate. Clients who arrive with existing extensions and book a new set pay a $20 removal fee. Removal on its own is $35, or $20 when booked alongside a new set.

Packages cover three sets or three refills and are valid for six months from the first appointment. Second and third appointments are scheduled by checking the online booking page and then texting the salon to confirm. Color upgrades, either colored lashes at the ends or under the top layer, are added by texting the salon. Microblading or microshading costs $500 with one free touch-up within a year, or $250 for a touch-up alone. Bottom lash extensions are $40.

Guests must agree to a liability waiver before their appointment. Cancelling with less than 12 hours' notice means the deposit or Groupon voucher is kept. Deposits can't be reclaimed, and a same-day cancellation, a missed appointment, or a change made inside the 12-hour window also costs the deposit. Once a service is finished, payment is final. Clients are asked to show up punctually and to schedule refills in advance, as openings are scarce. If a reaction occurs, a free lash removal is available, though no refunds are issued, and the salon reserves the right to decline further treatment when it judges that necessary for safety.
