Eyelash extensions are offered in three styles: Leaf, Cotton, and Feather/Flat. Sets are priced by fill period, from one week up to four weeks, with a full set price for a first application. Extension appointments run about 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on the set. Retouches are recommended every two to three weeks, and extensions typically last about two to five weeks.

A keratin lash lift lifts and curls natural lashes using a keratin solution. It takes about 60 minutes alone or about 90 minutes with tint, and the results last roughly four to five weeks. Lashes need to stay dry for 24 hours afterward, and the studio advises avoiding lash pulling and using a lash serum morning and night.

Lash tinting is available in Deep Black, Blue Black, Brown, and Middle Brown. A tint takes about 10 to 15 minutes and gives several weeks of darker lashes without mascara. Brow tinting is also offered.

Booking is by call or text, and the studio does not take walk-ins. Clients who already wear extensions from another salon have those removed before a new set is applied, and new extensions are not placed over another salon's work. Cancellations or same-day reschedules made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the service amount, no-shows are charged 100%, and arriving more than 15 minutes late results in automatic cancellation. Credit card payments carry a 3% service fee.

Work is done by appointment with clear rules on aftercare, including dry time, avoiding spas and pools, and using only oil-free makeup remover on extensions.
