The studio offers three extension styles. Classic applies a single extension to each natural lash for a natural look. Hybrid combines classic and volume extensions for a thicker, denser result than classic. Volume places multiple lightweight extensions on each lash for maximum volume and length, and is suited to special occasions.
Full sets take about two to two and a half hours. Fills are timed from the last full set and require that a share of the existing extensions remain, with the requirement varying by style. New clients book an extension removal together with a full set for the first session, and the studio does not offer fills for lashes applied elsewhere. A new client promotion is available on full sets.
Clients receive written aftercare instructions, and aftercare kits are sold at the studio. The site shares client testimonials that describe the work as professional and thorough.
Booking requires a 50% prepayment deposit. The deposit is nonrefundable and goes toward the total service price, though Groupon bookings receive a refund. A 10-minute grace period applies and counts against appointment time. Clients 15 minutes or more late may be treated as no-shows, and a $15 late fee applies if they are still serviced. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours requires a new prepayment. Friday appointments outside regular hours carry a $50 accommodation fee. Groupon booking is also an option, and paid street parking is available nearby.
