The menu covers lash extensions in many styles, from half sets and Classic or Mega-Classic sets up to Mega-Volume, Anime and Medusa. Lash lifts, a Korean lash lift and tint, and lash tinting are also offered. Brow services include threading, waxing, tweezing, stain-based brow tinting and brow lamination, and facial hair removal covers the chin, upper lip and full face. Facial options range from an Express Facial and a Glow Facial to Hydrofacial, dermaplaning, nano-needling and the 75-minute Radiant Skin Transformation. Permanent makeup includes lip blush, lip blush neutralization and ombré powder brows, with touch-ups.

Lash and brow services can be booked together as combinations, and the lash portion of a combo is discounted by $10. Lash clients arrive with clean lashes and no mascara or eye makeup, and avoid caffeine before the session; a $5 makeup removal fee applies if they arrive wearing it. Facial clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early and to avoid exfoliating products for two to three days beforehand. Lash fills are for existing clients who had a full set done at the studio, and the studio can convert a fill to a full set if lash retention is too low. Clients who have visited five times earn a $50 discount on their next service, and enrollment in the loyalty program is done in person after the first appointment.

The studio offers training for beauty professionals in its Miami Beach techniques. Lash courses include a private two-day course covering classic and volume extensions, a private one-day classic course, a private one-day volume workshop that requires the classic course first, and a group two-day course. A one-day brow sculpt and lamination course is also offered. Lash courses include a training kit, workbook, mannequin and live model practice, lifetime mentorship and a certification. Students bring their own model for lash courses, and brow course students bring one to three brow models for practice.

Treatments aim to refine a client's existing features rather than change them, and plans are tailored to each client's features and goals, according to the studio.
