If a client does not cancel within that window or does not show up, the salon may charge the card on file 100% of the service cost plus a 20% gratuity for the stylist. Missed appointments may be rescheduled at the stylist's discretion within seven days of the original date, subject to availability. Services are not refunded once provided.
