About

Muse Boutique Salon is a hair salon in Arlington, Virginia, open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Each appointment starts with a conversation about what the client wants from their hair and what their hair is like now.

Cuts, color and styling are planned around each client's features, daily lifestyle and personal style rather than offered as a fixed menu. Color, balayage and correction work needs extra stylist time, so the salon asks for early notice of any changes to those appointments.

Quotes depend on hair length, its condition and the result the client wants, so the salon arranges a consultation before giving a price. Stylists work with professional, salon-grade products. Services are scheduled without rushing in a small-scale space. Guests are asked to check in five to ten minutes ahead of their time and to phone the salon if they are running late. Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes after their booked time may be offered a shorter or altered service. Booking does not require creating an online account, and the salon does not collect payment details online.

Services are personalized, with cuts, color and styling planned around each client's features, lifestyle and style, starting from a conversation about their goals and hair.

Appointments are unhurried in a small boutique setting.
