Lash extensions come in three tiers. The Basic Service covers classic and wet look techniques and is listed from 35 minutes. The Blended Service mixes classic and volume techniques and is suited to sparse natural lashes, listed from 40 minutes. The Premium Service is a fully customized application for greater density, listed from 50 minutes. Full sets run $110 for classic, $130 for hybrid and $150 for volume, with refills and touch ups priced lower. A full set takes about 90 to 120 minutes and a touch up 35 to 50 minutes, depending on the service.

Each appointment is private, with no shared salon space and no waiting. The studio describes its setting as calm, quiet and elegant. It says its prices reflect premium products, a private studio and personal attention, and that it uses no harsh adhesives or harsh chemicals. The studio also says its application is safe for natural lashes and that the process is painless; these are the studio's own claims.

The Korean lash lift uses cysteamine and is priced at $100. The studio describes it as a gentler lift that forms a curl while keeping natural lashes conditioned. After a lash lift, lashes should be kept dry and away from steam, and mascara avoided, for 48 hours. Professional lash removal for extensions costs $20 and takes 30 minutes.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no mascara or eye makeup, and to avoid oil-based products around the eyes beforehand. Regular mascara is not recommended on extensions. Fills are advised every 2 to 3 weeks, and a new full set may be needed if a fill is delayed more than 4 weeks. The studio says lashes last about 3 to 5 weeks with proper care, and that daily cleansing can keep them 30 to 50 percent longer between fills.
