Brow work is the core of the menu. Options range from wax shaping and trimming to brow lamination with a hybrid dye, and a signature sculpt uses a dye with a customizable skin stain effect. New brow clients have a consultation first, covering brow shape, hair growth pattern, density and facial features. Brow lamination is suggested every six to eight weeks, with a dye refresh in between.

Lash services run from a tint alone to a lash lift with or without tint, which the studio says holds a curl for up to eight weeks. A customized full set of extensions starts with a consultation on facial features, bone structure and eye shape. Refills are offered at 90 or 120 minutes, and clients who arrive with lashes from another salon have their own refill price. Bottom lash extensions can be added on request.

Facials are arranged in tiers. A 60-minute express New Client Facial covers cleansing, enzyme resurfacing, extractions, massage and a mask, serum and moisturizer, with an optional dermaplaning add-on. Level 1 to Level 3 facials run from 75 to 120 minutes and add treatments such as microdermabrasion or dermaplaning, dermal infusion, microcurrent and LED light therapy as the level rises. Waxing covers lip, chin, sides of face and full face.

Changes to a booking need 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or reschedules may be charged up to half of all scheduled services to the card on file, and changes on the day of service or missed appointments are charged the full total. Arriving more than ten minutes late may mean rescheduling, with no extra time and no refund. Children are not allowed inside the suite, though supervised children may wait in the building's designated seating area. The studio reserves the right to refuse service.

Each new brow or lash client begins with a consultation so shaping and sets are matched to their features.
