Each appointment is covered by a single stylist, who stays with the client from the first consultation through to the finished look. Bookings can open with a complimentary 15-minute consultation to get acquainted with the stylist and map out services. Anyone wanting help choosing a cut can take a face shape quiz and bring the result along. When a lift goes beyond a few levels, the work is usually divided among two appointments separated by a gap of six to eight weeks, with a bond-rebuilding treatment in the interval. The salon confirms this plan before any booking is made. Clients with box color should bring photos to the consultation, because box shades can develop uneven banding when lifted.

Hair color is a central part of the menu, from hairline gray coverage and all-over color to highlights, Total Blonde and color correction.
